Step 1: We will pump out all of the water that is in the crawlspace
Step 2: We will remove all of the insulation, vapor barrier and any water damaged flex ducting
Step 3: We will place fans and dehumidifiers in the space to dry it out
Step 4: We will apply a treatment to the space that will kill any spores that could cause mold
Step 5: Well will install new insulation, vapor barrier and replace any water damaged flex ducting.
