"Kudos to the crews from Clean Crawls! All of the staff (office and crews) were very pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. The Clean Crawls crews did the work over two days. They did an amazing job in a very challenging environment. Our crawl space is very cramped and due to poor construction we despaired of ever being able to keep rats out from under the house. The first day they tore out all the nasty insulation, managed to put up heavy wire mesh to cover large open areas along the foundation, sprayed an enzyme to sanitize the area, reinsulated and laid new vapor barrier. We had contractors tell us they did not have enough room to work and couldn't insulate the floor under one part of the house - the Clean Crawls guys managed to do it! (Thank you!) The second day they came out and sealed all the ducts with mastic and then insulated the ductwork. They did a pressure test and also installed a carbon monoxide alarm. We noticed that during the work a wire had come loose causing a light fixture to stop working - Clean Crawls promptly sent out a service specialist who located the problem and fixed it. The work site was kept clean and they were careful not to track dirt into the house. They did a great job and were very responsive. After the initial estimate I noticed the Angie's List coupon had not been applied. They corrected the invoice, saving me $330! I would highly recommend this company for quality work. We're very happy with the job they did."

"Had Clean Crawls out to check my attic space. The representative, Rob, stated my attic was insulted exceptionally well and it would be a waste for them to do any work up there. He noticed a venting duct that had fallen and reattached it for free while doing the quote. Also had him give me a quote for an attic stairway/door, and for insulation under my kitchen. He found the insulation under the kitchen to be less that desireable, it was also installed poorly. Decided against attic door because Rob stated it couldn't be in the center of the hallway where I wanted it. I did have them do kitchen floor insulation. Installers did a great job, they had to rip down a lot of plywood to get to the insulation. The plywood was old and didn't hold up because of construction adhesive used so they hauled it away for me. I wanted to replace it with new wood. Service was fast and on time. Don't forget to mention you are an Angie's list member during your bid, it was overlooked during mine and took a bit of effort on my part to get it applied after the work was completed (I did get it though)."

"The crawl space is really tight and the years of rodent infestation freaked me out. There was no way I was going under there. The crew that came out was really nice and completed the job in about 4 hours. They took care of all the PSE rebate paperwork and the final price reflected it. I would use them again."

"Excellent. I'd had three previous estimates. I was concerned about this company because I thought they'd be expensive but their reviews on Angie's were positive. The process to have them come out was easy, the estimate was easy though the initial price was higher than I'd had in mind. Kim was very accomodating to my budget and request to have the ducts sealed. Ultimately, the price was made to be right (they were flexible and honest) and Kim called me to have free duct sealin as part of a special training program with PSE. The day of the work the crew arrived, the specialists arrived, they were all over the house checking things, they were very professional and they were willing to explain things to me. The workers accomplished everything in the crawl and it looks amazing and I've noticed a difference. They cleaned up a few things that we had missed, took away an extra bag or two of insulation garbage without complaining, or charging over.
